Native of Medan, Sherly graduated from PPLP Dyana Pura hospitality school in Bali with a major in kitchen. After few years in several hotels around the island, she ended up as chef de partie in Mercure Sanur where she got a serious interest in pastry. Due to the pandemic situation, she started baking at home. Brownies, bolu gulung (Swiss rolled cake), donuts, and many more that fully satisfied local and expats alike.
