Susanti Phang born in Pontianak, West Kalimantan (Borneo) moved to Australia in 2008 to study Hospitality, Tourism & Int’l Business Management for 6 years, then worked for several venues before coming back to Bali in 2017. With her strong Int’l experience, she improves her management skills working for brands like Gelato Secrets, Hooters, to name a few. In 2019 she joins the team of Potato Head Seminyak as beach-club’s restaurant manager.

Since her childhood, she has always infused her coconut water the way her mum teaches her. Susan’s mum, a chef of Indo-Chinese cuisine was serving the delicious concoction in her warung and in catering around her hometown. To survive this difficult time, the idea of going commercial with these mixtures was obvious. Susan develops a range of product with the goal of great benefits for body and mind. Creative, healthy, organic and bio, this is Coco Fit. The natural fruit water as well as the local spices, come exclusively from the farmer community around her.
